I thoroughly enjoyed this read. I loved the concept, the characters and the setting. This isn't the typical book I would pick up but i was just in a book store and browsing for something new and I found it.
The basic story-line of this book is Lily leaves a Red moleskin book on a book shelf in a book store called Strand and Dash finds it and they keep writing back and forth to each other, Asking questions and leaving clues with people until they find the book such as (spoiler: like subbing Santa's belly for a clue on where to find the book) until they finally meet. They definitely don't make the best impressions on each other and things don't go as planned. This book is filled with very relate-able material for teens and young adults, Its an odd but exciting book I found myself struggling to put it down once I read the first chapter. And I can say that I have always wanted to do this after I read this book. Just write a note and put it in a book and see if anyone picked it up or wrote back.
I hope I find more books like this but obviously with a different plot and outcome.
For more books like this let me know.
